It´s just an emulsion lift and it has no secrets ^^ It´s quite easy to do.

I put the polaroid picture into boiled water and hit it carefully until the emulsion is separated from the photographic paper. Then I put the result with a brush onto a watercolour paper and spread it achieving that shape and wrinkles you see. The texture is due to the watercolour paper obviously ^^
